Delivery and payment

Delivery methods

To enjoy your desired products as soon as possible, we strive to prepare your order and hand over the parcel to the courier as quickly as possible.

We deliver orders safely via Fan Courier and Romanian Post. You can check the list of localities where we deliver via Fan Courier here or on www.fancourier.ro. Deliveries to locations not on the list will be made via Poșta Română.

Delivery costs:

• 10 lei for delivery in Bucharest;
• 15 lei for delivery in the rest of the country;

The order processing schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 17:00.

Payment methods

For online purchases, we accept the following payment methods:

• cash on delivery
• bank card
• bank transfer

Cash on delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, the payment for the order will be made at the destination, at the time of delivery by the courier company.

Online card payment

Payments are secured by NETOPIA Mobilpay according to 3D Secure VISA and MasterCard standards. We accept any credit or debit card issued under one of the following logos: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, American Express, JCB, Wright Express, Carte Blanche & Diner's Club.
